Nice shot. The motive is well place, and you thought about the background, it seems.
Only two points of criticism (nothing grave, though): The leaves of the flower do not really contrast against the background, and the light seems to have been rather pale, plus it's shot in ISO200. I think you should shoot such pictures in full sunlight.
